Refund policy

ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
Due to the custom and handmade nature of the products, I do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges except in cases of, verified shipping damage within the first 72 hours of delivery OR manufacturing defects reported to me within the first 30 days of delivery.

Shipping Damage (72-Hour Rule – Strict)
Any item damaged during shipping must be reported within the 72-hour window.

Claims for shipping damage must include:

  • Photos of the damaged item
  • Photos of the shipping box (inside and outside)

Failure to report shipping damage within 72 hours will be considered acceptance of the item in its delivered condition, and the claim will be denied without exception.

Eligibility (Very Limited)
Approved refunds are only granted if:

  • The item has a verified manufacturing defect in the 1st 30 days, OR
  • The item was damaged in transit and reported within 72 hours

I reserve the sole right to determine whether a defect or damage qualifies.

Non-Eligible Situations (No Exceptions)
We do NOT offer refunds, returns, or replacements for:

  • Buyer’s remorse or change of mind
  • Minor imperfections, cosmetic variations, or handmade differences
  • Color variations due to lighting, screens, or materials
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Damage caused by misuse, dropping, heat exposure, or improper care
  • Issues reported after 72 hours of delivery
  • Refused, unclaimed, or undeliverable packages
  • Shipping delays caused by the carrier

Refund Method & Processing
If approved, refunds (if issued) will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

Chargebacks & Policy Agreement
By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this policy in full.

Customers must contact me and allow resolution before filing a dispute.


Any chargebacks or payment disputes filed in violation of this policy will be contested with:

  • Proof of purchase 
  • Proof of delivery
  • This policy agreement
  • Claim documentation (or lack thereof)
